Mr. Pendleton is COO for GulfTex Energy. Most recently, Mr. Pendleton was a partner at Beacon E&P Resources, a Denver- based, private-equity-funded oil & gas company. For the 26 years prior to that, he worked in various engineering and division management roles at EOG Resources, including division operations manager, production manager, completion operations manager, reservoir engineering manager and geo-steering manager. For the first 10 years of his career, Mr. Pendleton worked oil & gas assets in the Rockies as a project petroleum engineer for Texaco Inc and Tenneco Exploration and Production. Mr. Pendleton graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and earned an M.B.A. from University of Colorado. He is a Registered Professional Petroleum Engineer.
