GulfTex Energy LLC (San Antonio) has formed a new independent oil and gas company. The company is backed by equity provided by Encap Investments and company management. The new company will concentrate on exploring for new oil and gas opportunities and opening existing production in Texas and Louisiana. Brad Jauer, co-founder & former president of Dolphin Petroleum will head the new company and is currently searching for exploration and development projects.
